Preparing

• Booking is confirmed after payment
• Maximum occupancy limited to 5 people
• Animals not allowed
• Landlord not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property

 

Arriving

• Check in from 4 pm, check out by 10 am (unless otherwise agreed)  
• Parking is possible in the communal and closed parking lot at the front of the building
• Smoking in the appartment is not allowed
• Living room and two bedrooms with airconditioning

At the end of the stay

• On departure the appartment, furnituren, equipment etc must be delivered clean and orderly
• Sort all rubbish and deposit it in the bins (outside the accommodation next to the entrance gate)
• A deposit of 200 EUR is required upon booking confirmation, together with the rental price.  After check-out and inspection of the apartment and after deduction of costs incurred in case of damage, the (remaining) deposit will be refunded within 14 days after check-out
